As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering projects for private owners and municipal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, design, and manage a variety of private owner-driven civil engineering projects
  • Collaborate with other Farnsworth Group disciplines to ensure seamless project execution
  • Attend city staff and council/board meetings to represent client interests
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding current and future projects
  • Organize and complete projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Prepare project proposals and presentations to secure new business opportunities
  • Assist with business development efforts to grow the company's client base
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 10 years of civil engineering experience, with a strong background in private owner projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Experience working with private owner projects and clients, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
