Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader in our Resource Pool. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide leadership and guidance to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing leadership and supervision to a specific shift and unit/area
  • Determine staffing levels and assignments based on staff availability, census, and patient acuity
  • Supervise and mentor staff during assigned shifts, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
  • Float between staff to assist with problem-solving and provide direct patient care as needed
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify areas for improvement
  • Respond to complaints about patient care and manage through established channels
  • Ensure staff has necessary equipment and supplies to provide safe, quality patient care
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • 1 year of nursing experience
