Job Summary

Volt is seeking a skilled Cherry Picker Operator to join our team in a warehouse environment. As a Cherry Picker Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and operating and maintaining warehouse vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Preparation and Fulfillment: Load, pack, wrap, label, and ship orders according to schedule.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Keep a clean and safe working environment, and optimize space utilization.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, including cherry pickers and reach forklifts.
  • Quality and Compliance: Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience operating a cherry picker (company does not train).
  • Skills: Ability to operate a reach forklift (can be trained), basic computer skills or mobile device skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Background and Drug Screen: Must pass background and drug screen.
Work Schedule
  • Shift Options: Tuesday-Saturday 10am-6:30pm + OT, Tuesday-Saturday 7am-3:30pm + OT, Monday to Friday 10am-6:30pm + OT, Monday to Friday 7am-4:30pm + OT.
Compensation

$17.00 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
