Are you a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for enhancing the lives of residents? As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) at The Laurels of Heath, you will have the chance to apply your nursing expertise and take on a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive nursing care services and health education to our residents.
  • Oversee the care provided by State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members to ensure high-quality service.
  • Evaluate the health status of residents and communicate any changes to the physician promptly.
  • Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions and prevent complications.
  • Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and assist in developing personalized care plans.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
