Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Professional - Venipuncture Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing testing services at events, including biometric screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, and temperature checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform venipuncture blood draws with precision and accuracy
  • Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis
  • Conduct participant biometric screenings, including blood pressure and body fat analysis
  • Ensure participant information and screening results are accurately captured and maintained
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain participant privacy at all times
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Medical credentials required (CPT, RN, LPN, etc.)
  • Minimum of 1-year experience performing venipuncture blood draws
  • Minimum of 100 successful blood draws in the last 6 months required
  • Proficient in taking blood pressure
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic tablet and computer skills
  • Must have a reliable form of transportation
  • Must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be at least 18 or older
State Requirements
  • CA: Must be a CPT in state of CA and/or have national CPT certification
  • WA: Must be a CPT in state of WA and/or have national CPT certification
  • NV: Must be CPT in state of NV
Compensation and Benefits

$20 - $23 per hour

Not eligible for benefits

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
