Job Summary

This role supports the instructional component of Central Texas College's mission to provide college courses leading to a degree or certificate. The successful candidate will provide quality instruction and be committed to the personal development of each student.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction to students in a college setting
• Develop and implement effective teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student learning and provide feedback to improve academic performance
• Stay current with developments in the hospitality field and incorporate relevant knowledge into the curriculum

Requirements

• Associates degree from a nationally accredited institution of higher education with documented work experience
• Documented work experience in the hospitality field
• Demonstrated knowledge of subject matter through education, experience, and skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in postsecondary teaching
