Hearthly Burger is looking for an experienced Baker to join their team in a full-time position. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for baking fresh bread loaves and buns.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, our bakers receive tips averaging from $3-$5 extra per hour.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled baker who can work independently and as part of a team to produce high-quality baked goods. Your primary responsibility will be to bake 4 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) using traditional methods and recipes. You will also be responsible for receiving ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a commercial bakery or related field.
  2. Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques.
  3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Flexibility with morning hours.
