As a Coffee Specialist and Morning Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Restaurant/F&B Outlets General Manager
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior experience in a barista or serving role is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Experience with cash handling is preferred.
- Must possess a neat appearance and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Good hearing and vision, with or without corrective lenses.
- Awareness of customer needs and responsiveness.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inventory for the coffee bar and grab-and-go market, assisting with orders as necessary.
- Restock sandwiches, snacks, and beverages in the market area.
- Serve guest orders promptly, including specialty drinks and breakfast items.
- Operate espresso and coffee machines efficiently.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Perform closing duties, including balancing the register.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, tables, and service areas.
- Complete daily requisitions for food, beverage, and supplies.
- Participate in all required training programs related to food and beverage service.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Organize and stock the coffee bar and market service area.
- Address guest inquiries and relay feedback to management.
- Punctually report for shifts in appropriate attire.
- Assist in various areas of the restaurant and food service operations as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
APPEARANCE AND GROOMING: Adherence to the grooming standards outlined in the associate handbook is mandatory.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and effectively communicate in small group settings.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Proficiency in calculating figures such as discounts and percentages.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and address customer needs in various situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The role requires standing, walking, and handling objects, with occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
