About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Nursery Associate to join our team at California Greenhouses Inc.

Salary Range: $48,000 - $65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks
  2. Load and unload vehicles, including client vehicles and delivery trucks, in a safe and efficient manner
  3. Perform general maintenance duties, including watering and cleaning of plant material, to maintain a clean and organized work environment
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
