Job Title: Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at UCBC - Athens - Clarke County Medical Oncology Clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality care and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration and 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry. A positive attitude, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills are also essential.

About the Job:

As a Compliance and Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for tracking MIPS, depression screening, staging reports, and no-show/late appointment issues. You will also be involved in monitoring visit notes, patient satisfaction surveys, insurance contracts, and FPPE at the hospital. Additionally, you will maintain the effectiveness of the Compliance Program and serve as a corporate resource for healthcare compliance matters.

Responsibilities Include:
  • MIPS Tracking/Training

  • No-Show/Late Appointment Issues Monitoring
  • Visit Note Status
  • Patient Satisfaction Surveys
  • Insurance Contracts
  • FPPE at the Hospital

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Public Health or Healthcare Administration
  • 3-year Healthcare Experience Preferred
  • Positive Attitude Required
  • Ability to Work Independently and as a Team
