Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Residential Maintenance Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our properties.

• Clean and sanitize rooms, hallways, and common areas to maintain a healthy environment.
• Change bed linens and replenish supplies to ensure guest comfort.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of quality.
• Report any maintenance issues to management promptly.
• Ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for guests at all times.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
