Job Summary

The Restaurant General Manager position involves leading a team to provide exceptional guest service and manage daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and experience in restaurant management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of service and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality food and beverages.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of two years of experience in a managerial position in a restaurant with a similar style of dining, capacity, and volume.Strong financial and computer skills, including experience working with P&Ls, developing and managing budgets, and using Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
