Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Blue Signal Search. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and contribute to the growth of our organization.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining communication infrastructure, including ISP/OSP pathways, networking systems, CCTV, access control, A/V, and other technology solutions.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of Information Transport Systems and telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Oversee daily operations of a project or a sub-section of a larger project, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or electrical contracting.
  • Proficiency in working with contract documents, including drawings, subcontracts, specifications, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
