Job Description

At Boyd Company, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, responsible for assembling mechanical units and subassemblies with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical units and subassemblies following specific instructions and guidelines.
  • Work to moderate tolerances, requiring limited skill and knowledge in assembly operations, with work reviewed by more experienced personnel.
  • Operate various equipment, including saws, deburrers, degreasers, drill presses, and packing equipment, with minimal supervision.
  • Perform simple functional test operations and record results.
  • Under close supervision, operate the copper flush stand, perform titration tests, and add chemicals as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs associated with the production process.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.
