Key Responsibilities

  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

  • Clean building floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming
  • Utilize ladders, dust, and wash furniture, walls, blinds, and equipment
  • Remove stains from surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions
  • Prepare cleaning solutions per specifications
  • Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
  • Clean and vacuum carpeted areas
  • Gather trash and empty recycling bins
  • Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, refrigerators, and microwaves
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
  • Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Monitor building security and safety
  • Drive vehicles to perform or travel to other facilities
  • Provide special cleaning and support during client events
Requirements
  • 1 year of relevant experience in industrial or commercial cleaning
  • Ability to obtain and maintain facility/security credentials/authorization
  • US citizenship or Permanent Residency required for facility credentials/authorization
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions
  • Ability to differentiate colors and wear Personal Protective Equipment as needed
