School Year:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Tacoma, WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy activities.
  • Monitor and document student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals.
  • Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid SLPA license in the state of Washington.
  • Previous experience working in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
