About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Dentist to join our team at Pine Dentistry & Braces, a Benevis company. As a key member of our dental practice, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families.

Compensation Package:

  • A guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period OR a percentage of collections
  • No lab fees
  • Participation in Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA for FT providers
  • Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance plans paid by the company
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company match
  • Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage
  • Continuing Education reimbursements
  • CE offered through ADA Accredited Continued Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P)
  • Reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and/or AAPD memberships
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and patient-focused dentist to provide high-quality dental care to predominantly pediatric patients. Our practice has a well-structured team that supports our dentists, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dental services to patients with the support of our team
  • Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Stay current with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training

Requirements:

  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
