About the Job:

The Night Audit Agent is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's overnight operations. This includes checking in and out guests, handling payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with guests and staff to resolve issues and answer questions
  • Manage guest relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions
  • Conduct thorough audits to identify any discrepancies or errors
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work a variety of shifts
