MRI Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team at Tucson Medical Center. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic studies, providing safe and appropriate patient care, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic studies using MRI equipment, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
• Provide safe and appropriate patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
• Participate in performance improvement activities, contributing to the development of quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Associate degree from an accredited school of radiology or certificate from an accredited radiography program.
• Current, unrestricted Arizona CRT license.
• Current national certification (ARRT) (R). MRI extended registry if certified.
• 1 year experience working in MRI in a hospital setting preferred.
