About the Role

Broomall Manor is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as assigned and in accordance with their care plan.
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring, as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor or nurse.
  • Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
