Job Summary

Health Conservation Incorporated (HCI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. As a mobile field technician, you will be responsible for providing audiometric screening services to client employees in various industrial settings across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audiometric screening services for client employees, including respiratory fit testing, vision, and other diagnostic services.
  • Perform hearing conservation training protocol for client employees, speaking from a learned script within a specified timeframe.
  • Travel extensively throughout the country, utilizing a company-provided vehicle, to conduct testing and training sessions.
  • Work a variety of daily testing schedules, including late sessions followed by early morning sessions, straight day sessions, and straight night sessions.
  • Provide professional demeanor and strong customer service skills to clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and technical capabilities with computers, internet, email, and other software.
  • Meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening, and maintain a valid driver's license.
