Health Conservation Incorporated (HCI) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Occupational Health Specialist to join our team. As a mobile field technician, you will be responsible for providing audiometric screening services to client employees in various industrial settings across the United States.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct audiometric screening services for client employees, including respiratory fit testing, vision, and other diagnostic services.
- Perform hearing conservation training protocol for client employees, speaking from a learned script within a specified timeframe.
- Travel extensively throughout the country, utilizing a company-provided vehicle, to conduct testing and training sessions.
- Work a variety of daily testing schedules, including late sessions followed by early morning sessions, straight day sessions, and straight night sessions.
- Provide professional demeanor and strong customer service skills to clients and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate documentation and technical capabilities with computers, internet, email, and other software.
- Meet physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 60 pounds.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening, and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Competitive salary and per diem while on the road.
- Full range of health insurance coverage, including standard health, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability.
- 401K plan available after one year of service.
- Vacation time in the first calendar year of service, up to two weeks (pro-rated based on date of hire).
