About the RoleThis full-time position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a supportive team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders and be actively licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and report patient progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active Arkansas licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued.
- Knowledgeable about IEPs and comfortable working with AAC devices.
We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
