Pilots at Global Medical Response Inc. enjoy a competitive compensation package, including starting salaries from $102,375 to $112,612 (DOE), a multi-mission/part-133 fire base stipend of $5,000, a $15,000 sign-on bonus after training, and a $40,000 retention bonus after 36 months in the GMR Pilot Retention Bonus Plan.
We're seeking a skilled Pilot to join our team, providing medical air transportation services to our customers. This role requires the ability to fly our AS350 aircraft, with scheduled shifts running seven days on, seven days off, 12-hour shifts, and service day or night trips.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to FAR and company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide shift change information to transitioning pilots and teams, and follow protocols for recording company change board details.
- Accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 helicopter flight hours
- 1,000 helicopter PIC hours
- 1,000 turbine hours
- Min. 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)
Requirements Other:
- Duty weight not to exceed 230 lbs, including flight suit and boots
