Dishroom Specialist

Fives Bar, located in the heart of the iconic French Quarter at Jackson Square, seeks an experienced and skilled Oyster Shucker to join our culinary team. This part-time or full-time position requires a well-organized individual who can multitask efficiently and maintain a pristine working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shuck oysters with precision and speed
• Prepare all raw bar items to meet high culinary standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passionate about food and hospitality

We offer a competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience, as well as benefits including:
