We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Complete Staffing. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms, including equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective nursing plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current license to practice in Massachusetts
- Current BCLS certification (ACLS & PALS preferred)
- Two years' experience as a staff nurse, OR experience preferred
- CNOR preferred
- Skilled in Phlebotomy
This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. You will be exposed to blood, body fluids, communicable disease, chemicals, and repetitive motion. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
