The U.S. Air Force is seeking a highly skilled Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals.
- Conduct thorough health assessments, diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and develop patient care plans.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
