Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager with City Wide Facility Solutions, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This includes:
- Managing all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of City Wide building solutions and/or products.
- Generating additional sales within the current client base to help ensure clients' facilities are up to City Wide standards.
- SUPPORTING existing clients, formulating sales strategies, and communicating product value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all Contractor relationships, including interviewing and hiring, negotiating pricing and other contract terms, managing agreements, developing service specifications, client compliance, verifying Contractor compliance, and removing or replacing Contractors as necessary.
- Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction through detailed quality control inspections of client sites and consistent follow-through with all promises to clients.
- Supervise and direct Night Managers to ensure the client's strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly.
- Promote the sale of, procure, and monitor supplies for clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of management experience with operations and account management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel from account to account with reliable transportation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM).
- Prior experience developing and managing departmental budgets.
