Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Cocktail Server to join our team at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is nothing short of remarkable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service by demonstrating extensive knowledge of food and beverages.
  • Serve guests with a smile, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • Act as an advocate for our bar and restaurant, creating personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Assist with seating guests, answering phones, and performing other tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a similar or supportive role is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits is a must, with the ability to learn and retain product information.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate accurate bill amounts and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Certifications are a plus.
