Job Overview

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Life Enrichment Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate resident interests and involvement in life skills programs
  • Develop and implement life skills tailored to each resident's unique needs and abilities
  • Engage residents in life skills activities throughout the day and evening
  • Assist in maintaining an inventory of life skills programming supplies
  • Assist residents with daily care of animals and/or plants as part of the life skills program
Qualifications
  • One year of experience working with memory-impaired seniors
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification(s) may be required per state regulations
  • Ability to motivate and encourage residents, and adapt life skills to their cognitive and functional abilities
  • Ability to work semi-independently without direct supervision, and follow community procedures and guidelines
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new applications
