**Job Summary**

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Part Time Housekeeper** to join our team. As a **Housekeeping Assistant**, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchens, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and sweep floors.
  • Vacuum and dust apartments, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Load dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.
  • Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
  • Replace dirty towels with clean ones.
  • Replace dirty bed linens, towels, and make the bed.
  • Remove debris from balconies and patios.
  • Observe precautions required to protect property and report damage, theft, and found articles to the Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • No previous experience required
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices
  • Ability to read and write in English; ability to read and write and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to consistently and reliably meet work schedule expectations
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
