About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our Geropsych Unit team at Universal Health Services. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing safe and compassionate care to our patients in the medical/telemetry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, demonstrating a commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Current NV nursing license or current BLS certificate.
- One year full-time or three years part-time experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
