About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of critically ill newborns and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns and their families.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and families.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in neonatal care.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
