We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Bloomfield, NM. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

### Responsibilities

* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
* Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

### Requirements

* Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of New Mexico
* 2+ years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a skilled nursing facility
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

### What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate: $44.90-$49.34
* Monday-Friday schedule with 35 hours per week
* No weekend rotation
* Permanent hire opportunity
