Senior Controls Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical solutions using KMC Controls and the Niagara Framework
  • Provide expert-level support for customers, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the highest level of system performance and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Experience with KMC Controls, Distech Controls, and/or Honeywell
  • Programming experience with BACNet
  • Experience installing, commissioning, servicing, and programming building automation systems (BAS) and HVAC controls
  • Experience with Tridium Niagara

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Years of experience are not as important as a proactive and hardworking attitude
  • Experience working on a variety of projects, including education, municipalities, commercial office, government, military, and institutional
