Job Description
Financial Services Representatives with Paul Humphries - State Farm Agent play a critical role in marketing financial products that help clients manage everyday risks. To excel in this position, you must have a solid understanding of financial products and be able to educate customers on their options.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused review process.
  2. Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  3. Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market suitable products and services.

Salary Range:$70,000 - $85,000 per year, including salary, commission/bonus, paid time off, health benefits, profit sharing, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications:We are seeking individuals with a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field, along with relevant financial service licenses. Experience working as a financial services representative, knowledge of financial legislation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are highly valued. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and exceptional customer service skills are also essential.
