Role Responsibilities

This role involves developing and integrating technologies smoothly into the chiller and data center thermal solutions into the new product development process. The Staff engineer will be responsible for developing solutions that best meet the local/global market needs by integrating multiple technologies into winning thermal solutions. This includes developing chiller system architecture solutions meets or exceeds the product development requirements, thermodynamic based modeling and optimization of chiller system design, fluid filtration and pumping, leadership of engineering teams, confirming product design performance, capability and reliability testing our engineering product test laboratories utilizing DOE methodologies, collaborating with the product marketing teams locally to develop product requirements and ensure that the product meets their needs when launched, follow all appropriate design, safety, and qualification standards in development programs.
