Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a weekend schedule. As an LPN, you will deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents, maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents
  • Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
  • Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations
  • Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence
  • Current/active CPR Certification
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
