Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team at SGS Consulting. As a travel respiratory therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and equipment, including ventilators, BiPAP machines, and aerosol therapy devices.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Operate and maintain ventilators, BiPAP machines, and other respiratory equipment.
  • Administer aerosol therapy to patients, including adults and pediatrics.
  • Provide tracheostomy care and management to patients with tracheostomies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure in Michigan as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
  • Experience working with ventilators, BiPAP machines, and aerosol therapy devices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
