Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Night Shift LPN/Supervisor at American House Senior Living Communities. As a Night Shift LPN/Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and leading a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policy
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Conduct vital signs and weight monitoring, and complete required documentation
  • Assist with resident move-in and move-outs, and with resident discharge planning as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements
  • Current Unencumbered LPN license in the state
  • 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics
  • Experience with dementia residents preferred
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
  • Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of older adults
  • Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
  • Compassionate and friendly demeanor
