Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects
  • Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness
  • Identify, assess and mitigate initiative/project-level risks, escalating to internal and external stakeholders when necessary
  • Drive consistency and quality in project execution using the appropriate methodology
  • Build capability of team for understanding and responsibility of waste impact across the Bakery (functional teams, across shifts, across SKUs, etc)
  • Manage proper validation and reporting of material consumption, waste generation and meal usage, reconciliation of SAP vs actual usage
  • Manage and coordinate SAP Raw Material and packaging Material consumptions, FG and materials correct allocation

Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading and delivering projects in a production environment
  • Knowledge of relevant business processes and related solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to positively influence decision making
  • Ability to build effective teams across internal and external partners
