RN Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Luther Acres, a Luthercare community in Lititz, PA. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our residents in the skilled nursing healthcare center.

• Supervise an assigned skilled nursing area, designating tasks and providing instruction and direction to nursing staff.
• Oversee and perform resident assessments, formulating a plan of care based on MDS/QR assessments, diagnosis, and daily needs.
• Provide clinical expertise and oversight in the management of medical emergencies and interventions.
• Order and receive medications, treatment supplies, and nursing station supplies for the assigned area.
• Coordinate care with physicians, consultants, and other practitioners.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
