We are seeking a talented Personal Banking Professional to join our team at PNC Financial Services Group in Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled banking professional to leverage their expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Personal Banking Professional, you will play a key role in fostering strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth through proactive sales and service activities.
You will work closely with our retail branch banking network to acquire and deepen the customer base, identifying opportunities to improve customers' financial well-being and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized advice and guidance on financial products and services.
- Sales and Service: Utilize a defined sales process to identify opportunities to grow customer share of wallet, collaborating with ecosystem partners to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lobby Engagement: Connect with customers in the lobby, positioning PNC products to meet their needs and educating them on managing financial transactions through technology, tools, and resources.
- Risk Management: Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participate in branch daily operations.
PNC offers a comprehensive range of benefits to support your career growth and overall well-being, including:
- Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability protection, 401(k) matching, pension plan, stock purchase plan, dependent care reimbursement account, back-up child/elder care, adoption, surrogacy, and doula reimbursement.
- Time Off: Up to 11 paid holidays, 8 occasional absence days, and between 15 to 25 vacation days per year.
