Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
• Maintain established standards of practice and follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies

Requirements:

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of employment
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred
