Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Arrigo CDJR of Fort Pierce. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing complex repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, using advanced tools and equipment
- Maintain shop equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
- Conduct thorough multipoint inspections to identify potential issues and recommend repairs
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, as needed, to ensure vehicles are safe and roadworthy
- Document repairs and maintenance on repair orders, accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with a strong background in repair and maintenance
- ASE Master or Advanced Level Specialist certification, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
