Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management
  • Manage individual caseloads and supervise related casework.
  • Conduct client intake, prepare applications, and submit petitions to relevant agencies.
  • Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR.

Community Engagement and Advocacy

  • Participate in community outreach and educational activities.
  • Plan and conduct legal clinics.
  • Collaborate with other organizations to promote CAIR's immigration services.

Required Qualifications

  • Law degree from an American Bar Association-accredited school.
  • Member in good standing of a state bar.
  • At least three years of experience in immigration law, specifically in areas such as asylum, removal, and naturalization.
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

About the Benefits
