Job Title: Managing Architect

Barton & Loguidice, a leading engineering and architecture firm, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Architect to join our team. As a key member of our architectural services group, you will be responsible for providing high-level building review and design services for a diverse range of clients.

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Managing Architect to lead our architectural services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and client relations. You will be responsible for managing small to large-scale projects, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural design teams on small to large-scale projects
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A B.S. in Architecture with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autodesk Revit
  • Registration as a Registered Architect (RA or AIA) in MD (or eligibility to obtain)
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000/year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
