DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide exceptional care to our patients with end-stage renal disease. As a PCT, you will work under the supervision of a RN to deliver safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct Patient Care: Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and build long-term relationships with them.
  • Teamwork: Work under the supervision of a RN and collaborate with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including technicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet
  • Healthcare experience a plus, including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy
