About the Role

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist and Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Machinist and Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming and Operation: Program G-Code and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and products.
  • Setup and Adjustment: Set up and make adjustments to CNC machines as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and test parts and products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in CNC machining and programming.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Excellent attendance and on-time record, ability to read blueprints, and familiarity with CNC machines and programming software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to quality and safety.
