We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Staff Engineer to join our team at Divisions Maintenance Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our reference architecture and ensure its adherence to design engineering standards.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in developing enterprise B2B systems and mission-critical applications.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, microservices, observability, distributed systems, streaming, networking, testing, and test automation.
  • Mastery of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as proficiency in.Net and JVM languages.
  • Ability to manage stress in a fast-paced environment and meet in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
