Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Cashier to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a Parking Cashier, you will be responsible for operating a specified parking lot by performing cash transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for performing cash transactions with accuracy and precision, ensuring proper ticket handling and guest payments.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being pleasant, courteous, and helpful to customers, greeting arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Revenue Management: Complete shift/daily reconciliation of receipts, cash, and charges; accurately account for all funds within cashier drawer.
  • Operational Support: Work closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that cash handling procedures as well as safety standards are met at all times.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in and around the cashier's booth, including cleaning and organizing the interior of the booth and ensuring the signage and equipment on the lot is continuously wiped down and free of vandalism and graffiti.
Requirements
  • Education: At least 18 years of age.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to verbally communicate with guests, basic math skills, and experience with cash handling is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
